Letters Speak is a spec MoMA exhibition trailer for David Carson. As an American graphic designer best known for his experimental typography, this exhibition explores Carson’s work juxtaposed to Futurism’s era. To give hints of the museum exhibition style, I used expressive typography and movement alongside contrasting Futurisism pieces with Carson’s in the trailer. This project culminated in exploring experimental typography myself and learning about how closely aligned Carson was with Futurism design.
